Using Business Intelligence to Monitor Sales Promotions

Project Summary

Our client had several gym locations and was looking to gain a better understanding of their customers by creating segments. By increasing the quality of the data which was collected, we were able to fine tune sales and marketing operations to better align with target customer segments.

By implementing a near real time reporting system, the sales managers are able to monitor sales velocities and lead generation; the dashboard system allows executives to see the complete sales funnel from prospect through to member conversion. The impact of digital marketing, sales efforts, and promotions can be measured in almost real time, which translates into a more engaged and motivated sales force.
